Operation Reform
When: June 25-26th, 2010
Where: Wilcox Field, AL
Cost: $35 pre-register, $40 Walk on
Time: The game with start Friday evening on June 25th and continue straight until June 26th at 5pm. Players may show up anytime they like during the event and will be dropped into the game as reinforcements.

In the year 2020 the United States sees a total melt down of the countries banking system. As the government attempted to bail out financial institutions, it too falls under the extreme weight. Local and federal government ceases to exist when foreign debt holders pull the last remaining supports of government. With currency no longer valid and ownership limited to what can be kept in possession, law enforcement personnel rush home to secure there families from the chaos that is soon to consume the county.

As the structure of a once great nation crumbles the people of the land look for a leader to restore order. But this brings about a civil war as different branches of military take sides to guarantee their survival and place upon the hierarchy. Major battles are fought all over the continent and Washington is left as a nuclear wasteland.

Soon only a few organizations are left to spread their vision of what they see for the future of this country and new government. As the fighting begins to level out foreign counties step in to help support a government they hope to prop up. Lending support in varies ways to ensure a Pro government is set in place to do its bidding. An election date is set for June 26, 2020 at what is to be the new site of the government.

United nation personnel are sent in to over see the elections in hopes of seeing a peaceful outcome of this civil war. However rumors spread quickly of assassination attempts, coupes, and even a total party annihilation. As the armies on all side prepare for what is hoped to be the final battle, foreign leaders plot to rein in this rich country as an extension of their own. Will greed or freedom prevail? Only time will tell…

To start off there will be a limited number of spots for each Team. So when registering please give a primary and secondary camo choice. In the event we need to raise the number of spots for a type of camo, players placed in their secondary choice will be allowed to move to these new available spots in a first come first serve manner. OD and Tan/Brown camo color is described as having that color T-shirt and matching pants or jeans. We also ask that player in the BDU type uniforms wear corresponding Tees to signify team affiliation if they choose to remove their top.

We will be giving away the following before the event. This will be based on a raffle system built into the preregistration. The earlier the registration the better your chances, with some items only available for those who register before June 4th.

I'll be signing up for this early, I think we have around 3-4 guys confirming this already.. hope to see most of you guys out there!!

They are going to be needed by both teams. However you will need to have the base team uniform and corosponding T-shirt. This game is heavily based on sniper and Recon teams. There will be tons of oportunity for teams to take out political figures and team commanders, photos will be circulated to each teams snipers. If you have the right equipment and are looking for an event that will give you an opportunity to play the part to a T. This will be the greatest game/event you have ever attended. After you register you will have access to the teams private forum on the site and there you can talk with your commanders and set yourself and a spotter up for the role of sniper. On that forum there are specific headings for snipers and Recon. More infor to come....

We will have rentals available, and my shop does gun repairs. Turn around time is about a week right now.

i wouldn have the money for repairs or to rent a gun i would barally have the money to pay the field fee

Well disco and i just signed up for this event. I swore i read some were bout a private section that forum for each team where is it?

wate i dident see the date of the game i can make it out i will have my gun by then and what is the fps limit

sign up early so you can pick a team man and it will show u all the rules

You will also have to sign a waiver since your under 18

Player packets will be posted soon. These include rules, player map, waivers, etc. When you register you gain access to the team forums.

ya chris sent me the link to my players section. Guess im just waiting on the players packet. An if i read right we have to print that out an bring it with us?

yea players packets should be up sometime this weekend making final changes to it now and getting the map ready so just keep checking back.

i wont sign up until i can find out a litle more about the rules my main concern is fps

I'll just say its all typical normal rules nothing out there or ridiculous. An rob dont take for ever to sign up man or you may not get to pick your team

Fps is pretty standard for most fields and events in FL.

Bryan - your rule you were looking for -

Support weapons should be proper SAW’s and LMGs such as a M249, RPK, M60, etc. Riflemen are restricted to non-winding low and mid-cap magazines. With a maximum load out capacity of 600 rounds. If a player does not have low or mid-caps, they will be allowed 2- hi-cap magazines.

And I know wilcox does alow the use of safety/ shooting glasses so does this rule truly apply?

Fully sealing eye protection REQUIRED. Impact rated, fully sealed eye protection must be worn at all times on the game fields. NO SHOOTING GLASSES allowed. Players caught in violation of this rule on the field will be removed from the game with no refund given. Full face protection is suggested but not required - either a balaclava or a full paintball mask that covers both your ears and mouth.

Other then the dead rag / red light for night time. I think it sounds fine. Little low on Ammo though 600rds on a big ole field. Lot's of single fire ! Hope yalls guns are accurate! I'll be signing up as soon as I go over some of this stuff with Disco.
