Operation SPEAR

Operation Spear is a violent urban assault, one that uncovers the resourcefulness, determination, and sheer brutality of the terrorists. Multiple targets are first softened with air strikes, but the rebels resilience to the operation’s opening stages is astonishing.
As Marines descend on the city, the rebels rise up. And a ferocious battle wages for days.
As a member of Regimental Combat Team 2, you’re fine-tuned in the art of urban assault, but this is the 4th major offensive in the region in three months. Now, only the fiercest insurgents are left standing. You know you’ll find terrorists at every turn, and there are bomb factories everywhere. But the most stunning find of all is a group of hostages: neglected, beaten, and left to die.
Supported by the 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, lead your team in a massive infiltration of Karabilah. Where terrorists wage war against you in an unprecedented, city-wide assault. Pour into every crack and crevice to flush out the rebels from homes and stores, mosques and schools none of which are sacred in the eyes of the insurgents.
Somewhere in this city surrounded by vicious killers, there are hostages. Their fate lies in your hands.

Camo -
US Forces can wear any type of camo, tactical equipment they desire.
Insurgents - can wear whatever they would like, however they will be issued a robe to be worn on the field. Nothing is to be worn over this (ie vest), so if you are new to airsoft this will be a great starting game. There will be civilians on the field wearing the same robe, so it is the US Forces job to distiguish between those armed and those that are not. So it is completely possible for an insurgent to hide his weapon while gaining position on the enemy.

Medic rules - Only the US Forces will have medics. Squads will be required to have 1 medic per squad. When a soldier is hit he will display a green glow stick(representing that he is wounded) If the soldier continues to get hit while displaying the green glowstick, he will trade to a red glowstick and proceed to the armored vehicle.
Insurgents will not have medics and they will only be using red glow stick.

Respawn - US Forces will respawn inside the Stryker vehicle as a team. When 2 or more members of a squad are lost they will be called back to the Stryker and the squad operating the Stryker will then take the field.
If an insurgent is hit, he will display his dead rag (red glowstick) and proceed to his/her respawn point. At which point he will re-enter the game under the admins direction.

FPS - FPS limits will be set at 400fps for all weapons (no exceptions)

Ammo - US Forces - Magazines will be limited to 600rds of ammo capacity. However there is no limit to the amount of ammo carried on the field.
Insurgents - Magazines will be limited to 300rds of ammo capacity, and no limit to the amount of ammo carried on the field.

Pyro - Pyro will be allowed, such as Easter egg grenades, smoke grenades, flashbang simulators. However all pyro must meet admin's final approval before use.

Heart conditions - Due to the use of professional pyro used to simulate airstirkes and artillery, people with heart conditions are advised to reconsider attending this event. There will be lots of loud, bright and shocking additions to this game, and could cause an unwanted medical emergency.

Visually Impaired - A word of caution to those with limited or no natural sight in dark conditions. This game will have lighting, but this will be sparse to non-existent in some areas of the game. NVG's welcome as well as flashlights. There are many obsticals, motes, and bridges, so everyone please be safe.

Tracer Units - Will be available for purchase when pre-registering. JG/Echo 1 tracer units will be available to participants for the low price of $50.00 for the unit and $5.00 for 1000 rounds of glow in the dark ammor. .20 and .25 will be available, but only in limited quantities, so pre-order now. Tracer unit is 14mm CCW tread. Tracer units will be installed on game day.

Well that busts my bubble because if I get the M4 working like it should itll go over 400fps

Is there a rule for snipers?

Just so you know the southcom field also does not allow any AEG's over 400fps.

I know but thanks for the info. I still cant get the gun to go over 320fps even with brand new parts.

good call Disco. I was going to post a reply but wasn't sure on what you guys play with on your field.

But most fields in flordia and events that I have been to AEG rifles are 400fps, so there is no real reason to go over that limit unless your playing with a sniper

I have a question about the Insurgents side. Our mags are limited to 300 rounds max. Does that mean I can bring as many 250 round high caps as I want?

Just so you guys know. This got pushed back to November.

So im takin they mean u can only have that many rounds in mags at one time dont matter if u got one 600 rd highcap or six 100 rd mids or 20 30rd standard capacity mags

We talked to Wilcox and I believe their game is the weekend before
