Rules on carrying more then 1 gun?! Empty Rules on carrying more then 1 gun?!

So since I love my single shot world I was wondering the rules on carrying a 2nd weapon. I know a pistol is fine. But what about a full out rifle? or a SMG like an MP5?

Just wondering the rules on that.
