Kwa warranty? Empty Kwa warranty?

So my kwa km4 was broken when we got it and just plain out wont run no indications of whats wrong nothing. So we tried to send it back and they want 120$ for it to be shipped back. I thought the kwa warranties were the best or something along that but 120$ for shipping back an item..... really? Any help here?
