A Short Story Line;

A well Know Captain named Pedro Hugo of the Spanish Foreign Legion, skilled beyond what was required of a regular Commissioned Officer in the foreign legion of Spain. He Understood Tactics, Military History, Weapons, and along with Organizational Skills. He has studied political philosophy and came up with his own personnel Ideas that he written his manifesto entitled “The new Falange of Modern Spain” to carry out to create the New World. He Spent time coming up with an ingenious Pamphlet, hidden deep inside the lecture was nothing more than a Dictatorship to be grown.

Over the Last five years, Captain Hugo has placed his plan into action, he establishes a rapport with the common people in the area he wishes to control. The area is known as Gran Chaco, it is not well known area, but its wide spread covering northwestern Argentina, Southern Paraguay and Northeastern Bolivia. The Layout of the terrain, to the South are an few hard to find Lakes, East is swamp area with slow inclined Hill, follow with thick and wide open grasslands. There are two main roads thru the Gran Chaco area. There on the Northwestern Argentina was a base of operation for the Fascist Outpost. The Renowned General Hugo goes to his other Bases of Operations for Routine inspection of troops.

During the Recent Conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan while fighting the war on terror has racked up Enormous Deficits, along with Economy downward Spiral of the West. General Hugo pointed out in previous preaching to his new found Military that Spain is destined to return to its Former Glory. The current situation of the west is what the Fascist was waiting for hoping the discouraged and disgusted populace of the west would turn a new chapter. The west would be willing to give up the weakness of democracy for a strong leadership that would rid the world of inferior societies and cultures.

So General Hugo instructs his Fascist Military to Begin taking Terrain and Gaining More Control outside of Gran Chaco. As General Hugo gains more terrain and faithful followers of the New Spain. The Diplomats of Bolivia, Chile and Argentina plans a emergency departure for Washington D.C. for a meeting with anybody that would listen to their ever growing Problem. The Paraguay Diplomat didn’t make trip along with the other diplomats due to the war between Chile and Paraguay and the outcome of war was less then desired by Paraguay.

After an few weeks, and many hours to think about the current issues with South America, they finally getting a chance to Meet with White house personnel. Three South American Diplomats were given a convert and warm welcome to Washington. The Diplomats from Chile, Bolivia, and Argentina were seated at the end of a large Conference table located in State Department meeting room awaiting the American Contact to appear. As the door opens, the American Undersecretary of State Brown walks in; these gentlemen were specialist in the complicated environment of international diplomacy. They all participated in clandestine segments of unique proceeding that only a few insiders knew about in the strictest secrecy.
As the Chile, Bolivia and Argentina Diplomats Debrief Mr. Brown of present Threat that endangers their countries. Captain Hugo from Spanish Foreign Legion has chosen to establish a new fascist country within their region, that is not supported or honor from the countries involved. His Followers are dedicated to the traditional Spanish right wing Philosophies that strongly support the reestablishment of a dictatorship in those countries. With his new Found Military he has taken the Military rank of General, with his Followers and Military force growing every day
. Latin American Military has always been Fond of political adventuring, Comes great sadness that we do not know who to trust in our armed forces. We require Outsiders to rid us of this problem. The Argentina Diplomat corrects their statement with “The situation requires special Forces to defeat the General and his Military.” Mr. Brown replies “Your are requesting American Military Assistance in battling and destroying Fascist.”
Mr. Brown States that without Proper detailed analysis of our Adversaries, I cannot forward your request to my government. If you pass on your intelligence you have on fascist, I then can bring this to my Government. At that time, all three Diplomats reaches into the briefcase they bought along and pull out data, pictures, strengths, and much more. Mr. Brown informs that he’ll be in contact with the Diplomats in the near future.

I'm curious to know the head count on this one.. I've heard these Foundation guys are really bad about not calling their shots.. Can anyone confirm or have any stories to share about this team?
