Best AEG motor for my G&G M4 Empty Best AEG motor for my G&G M4

I would like to upgrade the motor my AEG G&G M4. Any reccomendations? I am looking to increase speed and cut down on how loud this gun is.

I run the ICS turbo 3000 in my G&G.
And I went threw a lot of motors till this one.
