AEG + .30s

So after long debate and trying different BB's & talking to Airsoft ATL off and on for awhile. They have recommended .30s for my KWA M4.

Now when I hear .30s + AEG that just seems really weird to me. My sniper shoots .36-.40's.. so seeing anything in the 30's is just strange to me.

But they said it will add a better flight and even get me around 5-10 more feet in distance.

My question is.. anyone everyone fire .30s out of there AEG?
